Hi, I’m Emma.

I didn’t exactly plan on ending up here. I’ve always been an empathetic person. I tend to pick up on the emotions of people around me and as a child, learned how to adapt quickly. I became your classic “people pleaser.” I wanted to feel seen and accepted. So I became whoever I thought people wanted me to be. This got me into some trouble.

In my early teens, I was sent to a Residentidal Treatment Center for ‘Troubled Teens’. That experience was complicated, but it became one of the first steps in the journey that led me here. While I was there, my parents had me work with a certified Emotion Code Practitioner. I didn’t understand it or believe it. I didn’t walk away suddenly healed or with everything figured out. I still struggled, I made mistakes, and I worked through them. Through my experience, I realized I wanted to help people. I wanted to be a part of a system that actually worked.

I don’t believe one approach has all the answers, which is why I studied at Southern Utah University. I graduated in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Early Childhood Development. Since then, I’ve have worked with developing children, teens in a therapeutic setting, older adults as a CNA, and most recently, individuals experiencing Domestic Violence as a Case Manager. Every experience taught me something different but one belief was there the entire time: We all have purpose, and we are all deserving.

Eventually, I found my way back to Emotion Code. This time, with an open mind. So I learned, I praticed, I questioned, and I experienced it. I don’t want to just practice Emotion Code with people, I want them to understand it for themselves. I urge you to explore, ask questions, and if you feel drawn to it, then learn how to do it yourself! I’m still learning and I don’t have all the answers. I’m not here to fix you and I don’t want you to feel like you need me forever. My hope is that our work helps you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your ability to move forward, and more capable of making your own choices. And most importantly, realize you are capable of change.

I am currently a certified ECP1 and BCP2. I plan to continue my education and am pursuing the next steps toward an MSW, with the long-term goal of becoming a therapist. Everything is constantly changing and I don’t know what the Emmarose brand will look like years from now but this is a start.

The People Behind Me

I didn’t get here alone. This section is my way of saying thank you.

Founder & Vision Guide (aka Mom & Dad)

Shout out to my mom and dad who never gave up on me, even as an unruly teenager who didn’t know that everything they were doing was out of love. My parents and family have supported me throughout this journey, including helping me make my training possible.

Creative Storyteller

My faith is also an important part of who I am. I acknowledge and show my appreciation to my creator. He knows me and has helped me this entire way, including the parts I didn’t understand while I was going through them.

Thank you Fox and Pebble for creating this beautiful image, find more of her work on her website: https://www.foxandpebble.com/

Client Happiness Lead

And a big thank you to Dr. Bradley Nelson for having the sensitivity to follow the promptings he was receiving to create this method. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from the work he created and continue my education through Discover Healing. All of your patients and students will be forever grateful.

Thank you for being here.

Whether you eventually work with me, use one of the resources I create, follow along online, or simply take something helpful away from this website, I'm glad you're here. Thank you for being open and learning a bit more. If you takeaway one thing from this site, let it be this: You have purpose and there is a bigger plan.
